GREECE GROWS AS A HOLIDAY DESTINATION FOR WINTER TOO

Seat planning by major Greek and international airlines shows a strong rise in winter arrivals to Greece, with capacity up 11.8% for the November 2025 – March 2026 period. This nearly 12% year-on-year increase signals another record-breaking year ahead for 2025 and a powerful start to 2026.

The boost in available seats follows last winter’s growth in inbound tourism, reflecting continued confidence in Greece as a high-demand destination even in the off-season.

The figures come from INSETE’s Airdata Tracker, which analyzes airline reservation systems and forward-looking estimates based on destination performance.
